The United States Information Service will provide help for the translations into Hebrew of many American books, Harold Howland, USIS Chief and cultural attache here, said today.
He was one of the participants in a brief ceremony marking the tenth anniversary of the USIS Library in Tel Aviv, known popularly as the American Library. Others attending the ceremony were Ogden Reid, Jr., American Ambassador to Israel, and James Meader, a USIS official in Washington.
