The four-man American military court trying the leaders of I.G. Farben for instigating World War II and wholesale enslavement of Nazi victims today announced that no session would be held on Wednesday because of Yom Kippur. Presiding Justice Shake, of Indiana, announced in court that “out of respect for the religious convictions of certain groups who wish to observe Wednesday as a holiday the tribunal will not be in session.”
