The Ukrainian organization of the Hachalutz, which applied to the local Soviet government to be granted permission to develop an agricultural co-operative and to support the emigration of economically unplaced Jewish families to Palestine, has been refused this permission.
This permission was requested by the organization for the better carrying out of its program by its central committees in the various districts.
