A group of Ukrainians, represented by Dr. Longin Cohelsky, has applied to the Mexican Department of the Interior for permission to emigrate to this country and colonize a large tract of land. Reports to the Government estimate the colonists from Ukrainia in Brazil at 200,000, besides 40,000 in Canada.
