— A United Nations spokesman said today that it is “possible to expect” a Security Council Meeting tomorrow to discus a Lebanese complaint against Israeli attacks on in south Lebanon. Lebanon requested yesterday a meeting of the Security Council in a letter from Lebanese Charge d’ Affaires Fakhri Saghiyyah to this month’s president of the Council, Ambassador Peter Florin of East Germany. The spokesman said that private consultations between Security Council members have been taking place since yesterday in order to determine a date for an official Security Council meeting.
