Egypt has reportedly asked the United Nations General Assembly to defer its Mideast debate, which had been scheduled for later this month, until the four African presidents who visited Israel and Egypt last week have completed their mission. The presidents, who are conducting a fact-finding mission for Mideast peace on behalf of the Organization for African Unity, will return to the Mideast but at a later date than originally expected. No new date has been set.
