A unique case of a Christian firm suing an anti-Semitic paper is reported today in the press here.
Slaska Prawda, newspaper, which has consistently urged the boycott of Jewish firms, inserted an advertisement of the Christian firm without being authorized to do so. Eric Kollontai, owner of the company, brought charges against the anti-Semitic sheet, declaring that he had lost many of his Jewish customers as a result of these unauthorized advertisements.
Mr. Kollontai demands heavy damages from the anti-Semitic newspaper. The case will come up in court within the next few days. The Slaska Prawda is published in the Polish language.
