Under the threat of a possible jail sentence and a heavy fine, accused Nazi war criminal Boleslavs Maikovskis has agreed to testify on his entry into the U.S. and his activities in Latvia during WWII. The agreement came after a federal district court judge issued a contempt citation to Maikovskis, who pleaded the Fifth Amendment in the case against him by the Justice Department.
