Unemployment in Israel rose by 43% from October, 1983 to March, 1984, according to figures released by the Central Bureau of Statistics Tuesday. There are 80,000 Jobless, or 5.7% of the work force. Unemployment six months earlier stood at 56,000. The Finance Ministry declined to comment on the statistics.
