A warning to German Jewish youth groups that their members were absolutely prohibited from wearing any kind of uniform or sword belt was issued today by the All-German Committee of Jewish Youth Organizations upon the direct request of the Reich youth movement headed by Baldur von Shirach.
Jewish youths were also informed that excursions by Jewish youth clubs to the German frontier zones or abroad would require the special sanction of the Reich youth leadership.
The All-German Committee also issued an urgent appeal to the German Jewish communities to provide night accommodations for Jewish hikers and stresses the difficulty of obtaining lodgings for Jewish hikers. The committee declared that the Reich youth leader had officially sanctioned the establishment of special lodging houses for Jewish hikers.
