The Reichsvertretung der deutschen Juden has issued a statement to the Jews of Germany that Jewish children need no longer attend school on the Sabbath and they therefore appeal to the parents to make application so they can be released from Sabbath attendance.
Sabbath observance, the statement points out, is the groundwork “for a spiritual reconstruction for inner upbuilding.”
