A new illustrated monthly magazine, “Liberal Judaism,” published by the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, made its appearance here today.
In an editorial note, the editors of the publication explain that they are issuing it in response “to the challenge of the new conditions likely to affect the destiny of America and Judaism. “They promise that it will have a “forthright editorial policy “to create affirmative and rational perspectives and to foster a fuller appreciation of Jewish ideals.”
