United Drive for Israel and Local Needs Urged in Brazil

A decision to hold a united fundraising campaign for Israel and local needs was taken here at a four-day convention of the United Zionist Organization of Brazil.

The 105 delegates from 10 Brazilian cities re-elected Jacob Schneider president of the united campaign and named Israel Saubel and Joseph Adler its directors. Present at the conference were Israeli representatives of the Jewish National Fund and the Keren Hayesod.
