Aliens must register their addresses with the Federal Government during January, Gaynor I. Jacobson, executive director of United Hias Service said today. “The period in which aliens must register their addresses begins next week. Under Federal Law, any alien in the United States on January 1 must report his address, even if it has not changed since the previous year. The only exemptions are aliens in this country on diplomatic status, or those accredited to the United Nations,” Mr. Jacobson stated.
He said registration forms would be available at all post offices, immigration service offices and at United Hias Service headquarters, 200 Park Avenue South, New York City.
