The 1951 United Israel Campaign was proclaimed here this week. It includes the Keren Hayesod, the Jewish National Fund and the Youth Aliyah. An appeal was issued by the campaign committee to all Jewish organizations to abstain from launching separate fund-raising drives during the campaign for the Israeli institutions.
