Israel has five persons on the United Nations staff, while the United Arab Republic has 21, according to a report issued here Thursday by the Secretariat dealing with the geographical distribution of UN Secretariat posts.
In addition to these jobs, there are two Israelis and three nationals in the UAR holding posts with special language requirements, which are exempt from the geographical distribution formula.
