The United Nations has received a report on the new incidents on the Israel-Syrian border, United Nations sources indicated today. The report, from the U.N. observers on the scene, was held confidential and its contents not disclosed.
It was learned, however, that the United Nations has been informed that the Israel Government is taking a very firm position on its right to carry out civilian development projects in the Huleh area and on the principle that such work involves in violation whatever of the Israel-Syrian armistice agreement.
