The reopening of the University of Jassy, with the exception of the medical faculty, was announced today by the rector. A disagreement between the students as to whether or not to continue the strike has cropped up. Strong measures will be taken against those who prevent students from attending classes, declared Minister of Education Costachescu today. Eight Christian students participating in the recent disturbances have been indicted by the district attorney of Jassy.
