UNRRA authorities here have refused to make provision for some 200 Jewish orphans who arrived in Italy from various Central European countries en route to places of resettlement, it was learned today. The officials insist that since the children arrived “legally” the responsibility for their maintenance rests with those who brought them to Italy.
