(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

The Polish Vice-Premier, Professor Bartel, was urged to speed up the relief promised by the government for Jewish merchants from the compulsory Sunday rest law.

Scores of Jewish merchants in all parts of Poland urged the vice-premier in telegrams to hasten the measure as the continued enforcement of the Sunday rest law will bring complete economic ruin to the Jews.
