Mrs. Charles Lonn of Wilkesbarre, who was recently elected Chairman of Education of the Pennsylvania Federation of Women’s Clubs, was elected president of the state organization to succeed Mrs. Eugene Springer of Philadelphia, who becomes honorary vice-president.
