The Ozet, society for settling the Jews on the land, is urged today to liquidate all religious habits in the Jewish colonies. The Charkov “Shtern” points out that in many collectivized colonies the Jews still observe the Sabbath and refuse to eat food that is not kosher, “thus disharmonizing the collective life in the colony.”

The Communist paper demands the immediate liquidation of such religious customs.
