James Malcolm, former colonial official, declared today in a letter to The Times that the only way to disillusion the enemies of the British Empire hoping to prevent a British-Jewish bloc in the Near East was to restore the absorptive capacity principle of Palestine immigration and, immediately after the return of the Palestine Partition Commission, to send a number of Jewish immigrants to Palestine for every murder and act of sabotage by terrorists.
