Uriel Lynn, 42, an Israeli born lawyer and industrial executive, has arrived in New York to direct the North American headquarters of the Government of Israel Investment Authority, it was announced here by the Authority. Lynn will oversee the operations of the seven Authority offices in the United States and Canada.
