Uruguayan Bill Would Ban Foreigners Having Less Than $3,750

The Uruguayan Government has submitted to Parliament a bill forbidding the entry of foreigners into the country who do not possess 10,000 pesos($3,750) or who are affiliated with organizations at variance with the nation’s existing political and social regime, it was announced here today.
