M. M. Ussischkin, head of the Jewish National Fund, has consented to give up his rooms to Lord and Lady Plumer.
Recently Mr. Ussischkin received a letter from Lord Plumer asking him as a favor, to give up his rooms to him because Lady Plumer’s health was badly affected by the unfavorable conditions obtaining in their present residence. They had found it impossible to obtain a more suitable house.
