Vandals defaced a building housing a Jewish charity in northwestern Russia. The April 20 attack occurred on the building of the Chesed Jewish Charity Foundation in the city of Petrozavodsk, the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union reported, citing a local newspaper. Anti-Semitic slogans were painted on the walls of the building.
