IMMIGRATION OF SO-CALLED STATELESS PERSONS IS VIRTUALLY FORBIDDEN. EAST EUROPEAN JEWS ARE ENTIRELY BARRED FROM ENTERING, ACCORDING TO THE HILFSVEREIN.
