The Court of Appeals is expected to render a verdict Tuesday afternoon in the appeal of eleven Jews for reversal of prison sentences arising from disorders in the town of Przytyk last March.
Yesterday, the public prosecutor attacked Nationalist lawyers for “a cynical and hypocritical attempt to provoke bloodthirsty mob instinct while appealing for brotherly love.” The Endek lawyers replied by assailing the Jews and charging them with responsibility for bloodshed in Spain.
