Development of new graduate and under-graduate programs as part of a projected expansion of the Yeshiva College, which will take two years and require $5,000,000, were cutlined here by Dr. Samuel Belkin, president of the institution, who announced the opening of a drive to raise the required funds. Among the new schools planned are a teacher’s college, which will grant Bachelor of Arts degrees in Hebrew Literature and a social work school.
