Three of the oldest Jewish judges in Berlin, Dr. Metz, Dr. Citron and Dr. Sontag, were dismissed from their profession yesterday at the order of the ministry of justice. More than 34 Jewish notaries and 110 Jewish lawyers, most of whom were practicing in Berlin, also were dismissed.

At the same time the University of Berlin announced the dismissal of Professor William Stern, internationally known psychologist.

The ministry of justice also discharged Dr. Max Meyer from his post of president of the Land Court.
