Veteran Neturei Karta leader Rabbi Amram Blau has given a letter addressed to President Nixon to the U.S. Consulate here in which he requested the President to arrange for some sort of international protection for the holy places and Orthodox quarters of the city of Jerusalem. Blau left it to Nixon to decide which form of protectorate would be the most suitable.
