A reception for the delegates to the first World Conference of Jewish War Veterans was given tonight at the Sorbonne Jean Fabry, former War Minister of France, presided.
Earlier in the day the delegates were given a reception by the Municipality of Paris. In welcoming them, the Mayor of Paris stressed the loyalty of the Jews toward the countries in which they reside.
The delegates today visited the battle-fields of Verdun where many Jewish heroes lost their lives in the World War.
