Eliezer Perri, Vice-Mayor of Tel Aviv who spent three months in this country at the invitation of the U.S. Government, today returned to Israel, after having completed a study of municipal governments in various American cities.
Mr. Perri was greatly impressed with the different municipal systems existing in various cities. He emphasized that he was cordially received by the mayors of the cities which he visited and was everywhere accorded cooperation. “The results of my study will certainly be beneficial to Israel,” he said.
