The anti-Semitic decrees of the Vichy Government do not represent the sentiments of the French people and are regarded in both occupied and unoccupied France as the will of the Nazi Government, Capt. Jacques de Sieyes, personal friend and representative of Gen. Charles de Gaulle, leader of the Free France movement, declared today.

Speaking at the formal launching of the France Forever Committee here, he said this has been substantiated by information received from both occupied and unoccupied France by the Free France forces, which still maintain channels of information in their native land.
