Two decrees published today in Morocco provide that Jews must cease practicing all professions forbidden to them under the Vichy anti-Jewish laws by November 1st, and that beginning with today no Jew in the forbidden professions can transfer his property without a special permit from the French authorities in Morocco.

At the same time it was announced today in Rabat that Jews who do not transfer their enterprises in Morocco to non-Jews before December, will have “aryan” administrators assigned to their firms.
