Certain former victims of Nazi persecution will receive priority when they bid for the sale of merchandise or services to government agencies, according to a directive just issued by the West German Federal Government here. The preferential treatment will be granted to those persecutees, mostly Jews, who had suffered “injury in professional and economic advancement,” the directive stated.
