Victor Ridder, secretary of the Staats-Herold Corporation is sailing tonight on the Europa accompanied by William J. Amand. Mr. Ridder plans to visit his family in Switzerland for a month. Joseph Ridder, a brother is now in Germany travelling with his family.
Mr. Ridder denied that he had any plans for visiting Germany. Mr. Amand is going to Berlin according to an official of the North German Lloyd.
