The Phoenix, an Austrian insurance company, has established branches in Palestine for the sale of all forms of insurance. A feature of its life insurance policy is that the company will invest the money of the policy in building houses.
Thus, if an insuree pays out the premiums of his life policy, the house will go to him and in the event of his death to his beneficiaries. The company also plans to use its money in other forms of Palestine investments.
Dr. Weizmann is said to be the first “risk” to be written up by the Company.
