Vienna Jews Threaten to Stop “oliver Twist” Showing Unless It is Permanently Barred

Unless the British-produced film, “Oliver Twist,” is permanently withdrawn from this city, the “slanderous” movie will be “prevented” from being shown here, a meeting called by the Jewish Victims of Nazi Persecution and Concentration Camps threatened today. The film was temporarily withdrawn following protests against its exhibition here by Jewish leaders.
