Jewish shops and cafes patronized by Jews were bombed by Austrian Nazis over the week-end, causing considerable damage. Jewish pedestrians were attacked in the streets by the Nazis Saturday night. Nazi terrorists also exploded a bomb outside the synagogue on the Schiffgasse, but no one was harmed. Police efforts to capture the bombers have proven fruitless so far.
