There was considerable doubt here that a Soviet Jewish religious delegation which was to have arrived in the United States today could still be expected. A State Department spokesman said that late this afternoon the Department had received no word from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow on the issuance of visas to Rabbi Yehuda Leib Levin, of Moscow, and Cantor David Stiskin of Leningrad. This indicated, according to the spokesman, that no visa applications had been made.
