B. Charney Vladeck, City Council member and chairman of the Jewish Labor Committee, is critically ill of heart disease at Mt. Sinai Hospital. His condition last night was reported slightly improved. He was stricken on Friday at his office in City Hall and was taken home, from where he was removed to the hospital.
