The Voice of America will begin a daily broadcast in Hebrew this Sunday, it was announced at a press conference here today. The broadcast, which will be beamed to Israel, will be heard there at 9 P.M. Israeli time. Messages from President Truman, Senator Herbert H. Lehman and Ambassador Abba Eban will be included in the first broadcast.
