Some 550 Argentine Jewish youths left today on the SS Theodor Herzl for Israel for non-combatant service. A high official of the previous Illia Government, Adalberto Reynal O’Connor, sent back to the Egyptian Embassy here yesterday a decoration of merit conferred on him two years ago. He said, in disclosing his action, that “I admire the Jewish people for its devotion to peace and work and for its heroism.”
