Delegates to a session of the South American executive of the World Jewish Congress adopted today a resolution asking all Latin American governments to ban printing and distribution of Nazi materials.
The resolution also asked the governments to revise existing legislation to make it a crime to diffuse religious and racial material inciting hatred and to outlaw all organizations practicing such activities. Another resolution urged Soviet authorities to extend full cultural and religious rights to Soviet Jewry.
