The appointment of the Wailing Wall Commission that will investigate Moslem and Jewish claims to the Wall does not figure in the provisional agenda of the forthcoming session of the Council of the League of Nations that will meet here May 12. It is likely, however, that the members of the Council will be queried on the personnel of the Commission before the session opens, thus avoiding a discussion of the matter at the Council’s sessions and hence the matter may not figure in the agenda.
