The proposal that the Zionist World Congress be held in Chicago, during the period of the World Fair, this summer, was made by Jacob Braude, president of the Chicago Zionist Organization at a Zionist Rally at the Covenant Club.

The suggestion was enthusiastically received by an audience of 1,000. Formal steps in this direction will be taken, it is understood.
