Wants Congressional Inquiry into Ford’s Charges Against Jews

The demand that the U.S. Congress appoint a committee of seven to investigate the sources of information on which Henry Ford based his renewed charges several days ago that “the international Jew is in direct control of all financial centers of government, including the United States Federal. Reserve System,” is made in a resolution framed by Congressman Sol Bloom of New York.

In a statement issued here, the Congressman declared:

“There is a good old saying that ‘money talks’. I believe that up to now Mr. Ford’s money has been talking and that something else besides money will be heard from in the future.

“Mr. Ford has stated that the only competent judges were the American people and that it is now proper for the Jewish spokesmen to meet the issue by addressing their defense to the American people. My resolution carries out his suggestion.”
