Important Palestine problems were discaused at a conference today between Felix M. Warburg, Jewish leader in the United States, and Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope, High Commissioner of Palestine.
A reception for Mr. and Mrs. Warburg was given today by the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, of which Mr. Warburg is one of the chief sponsors. Leaders of all the central Jewish organizations ### Palestine were present at the reception. M. Ussishkin, head of the Jewish National Fund, in a speech welcoming Mr. Warburg to Palestine urged that a Jewish agricultural college be established at Hebrew University.
Dr. Judah L. Magnes, dean of the university, conducted Mr. Warburg on a tour of the different departments. Mr. Warburg leaves today on an inspection trip of the Jewish settlements. He will also visit the Ruthenberg electric power plant. He will sail from Palestine on Friday.
